Any Registration after March 31, 2025 will incur $25 late fee. Registration will close on April 20, 2025.

Event Details

All booth spaces will be OUTDOORS on the grounds of Camp Chesterfield. The event will proceed rain or shine.

Event Hours: Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Set-Up Time: Friday, May 16th between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Saturday, May 17th between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM

Tear-Down Time: Sunday, May 18th between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM(No tear-down before 4:00 PM / Tear-down must be completed by 8:00 PM)

Terms and Conditions
The Indiana Association of Spiritualists, Inc. (Camp Chesterfield) reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration and/or participation in this event without cause at any time. Such cancellation will result in a full refund.

Indiana Association of Spiritualists (Camp Chesterfield) as Sponsor of MayFEST 2025 designates the following terms:
1. All products or services to be sold, offered, or referred to during the MayFEST 2025 must be described on this registration form or they may not be part of the exhibit. Sponsor reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company and/or service, and Sponsor’s judgment shall be final and binding. Readers may share a booth space providing each reader pays their own registration.
2. Sponsor is not liable for lost or stolen goods.
3. Exhibitor is financially liable for any damage caused to booths, decorations, or to any Camp Chesterfield property. Exhibitor indemnifies Sponsor as show management for any claims and/or suits arising involving exhibitor and any other party, including attendees, employees, guest, other exhibitors, show staff, themselves, or any other person at MayFEST 2025. This includes but is not limited to injury or property damage claims.
4. In the event that any outside force, beyond the control of the sponsor, such as war, work stoppage, fire or act of God prevents the MayFEST 2025 from taking place, then the Sponsor reserves the right to retain Exhibitor payments for expense compensation.
5. Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for compliance with and obtaining all necessary permits, and licenses, and payment of all taxes required in the conduct of business for this event, and for obtaining insurance coverage for Exhibitor’s property.
6. Exhibitor agrees not to display any object Sponsor deems to be in poor taste, & affix objects to the walls, columns, handrails, windows, or floors.
7. Refunds: No refunds will be provided after May 1, 2025. Refunds will be issued within 90 days after cancellation.
8. Any questions or issues not covered in this contract shall be subject solely to the decision of the Sponsor.
9. Exhibitor’s payment acts as acknowledgment of these terms.
