By submitting this payment, you acknowledge that you are applying for membership in The Indiana Association of Spiritualists, Inc. (IAOS).

This payment must also be accompanied by a completed New Member Application form.

* Note: Membership in the IAOS is not automatic. Your membership application and fee must both be submitted. The Board of Trustees will review completed applications with fees paid during the next board meeting. You will be notified of the board's decision.

Membership and Certification Renewals are due December 31 of each year.

All certificate holders must be current with their annual membership dues as well as their certification fees in order for the certifications to be valid.
